NARS vs Illamasqua

Hello beautiful people! As most of you know blush has to be my absolute favorite makeup product, I'm OBSESSED! So I am pretty good at distinguishing the good from the bad. NARS and Illamasqua have to be my favorite brands when it comes to blush. They are both so pigmented and blendable and have such a wide range of colors and textures to choose from.

Illamasqua

Blushes I own:

1. Ambition: Shimmery neutral pink

2. Chased: Lilac pink

3. Hussy: Bright petal pink

4. Katie: Light milky pink (Identical to MAC Well Dressed blush)

5. Lover: Vibrant apricot

6. Morale: Shimmering magenta pink

7. Thrust: Magenta

I would have to say that Morale is my favorite of the bunch, it is so incredibly beautiful on the skin. If you are just starting out with Illamasqua blushes I would recommend Ambition or Katie, they are both very easy, everyday, wearable colors. 12. Mata Hari: Rose petal pink

13. Sin: Berry with gold shimmer

14. Orgasm: Peachy pink with gold shimmer

15. Super Orgasm: Peachy pink with gold glitter

16. Taos: Desert rose with shimmer

Torrid: Coral with shimmer

I would have to say that Exhibit A is quickly becoming my favorite. Its a vibrant red color that looks very intimidating in the pan but blended into the skin is very beautiful. If you are just starting out with NARS i would recommend Deep Throat or Douceur. February Favorites

Hello hello beautiful people! For the month of February I have been loving so many amazing products and thought to share them with you all. My favorite lip combo of the moment is my YSL Rouge Volupte in #2 and NARS Ophelia lip gloss over top. The combo leaves the lips with a very beautiful and sexy nude sheen. Plus the YSL lipstick is SO moisturizing to the touch!

For eyes I have been OBSESSED with the NAKED 2 palette, more so than the first one. I've been using verve and ydk on the first half of my lid, snakebite on the second half of my lid, busted in the crease, and bootycall as an inner corner and brow highlight. 

For cheeks I have been reaching for my NARS DANMARI palette quite a bit. Its so convenient and easy because i have my bronzer, highlighter, and blush all in one palette, perfect for traveling! 

On my nails I have been reaching for OPI Pink Friday from the Nicki Minaj collection and OPI Teenage Dream from the Katy Perry collection. I've been wearing Teenage Dream over top of Pink Friday for a pretty and girly touch. I get SO many compliments when i wear this combo!

Lastly, I have been addicted to my Coco Mademoiselle Chanel Perfume. So feminine and sexy! LOVE!
